Managing Your Order
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Made to Order items take 10-20 business days to be hand-crafted, polished and inspected. We will drop you another note to let your know your item is ready for shipment. Once your order is fulfilled, it will be packed and quality controlled by one of our jewelry concierges.
Once your order ships we will confirm your tracking number with an email or text.
All main US deliveries are sent out via USPS Standard Shipping.
International Shipments are sent out via FedEx. Tracking numbers can be entered to the relevant site below. FEDEX TRACKING
If you need to amend any details, such as delivery address, please contact us within the next 24 hours of you placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Customs, Taxes & Duties
All orders outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes. The import duties and taxes are usually calculated once the goods have reached their final destination. Please note you will be liable for such import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict the cost. If you need more information please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
It is unlikely, but it may happen. Unfortunately items that are retained for inspection in Customs Officel are out of any carrier or vendor jurisdiction. Once your parcel leaves the US we are not liable for the time of parcel retention. Please check your country's Customs Office Laws for merchandise retention time. We will help you track it so you know where your item is located.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re only happy if you’re happy!
We offer a Free and Easy 30 days Returns Policy. So don’t worry, if you're not thrilled for any reason, you may Return or Exchange eligible Hey Babe LA items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are in a new unused and in original condition, including all original packaging and labels. All Return or Exchange items must meet the terms of our Policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. Free Gifts and items won on Promotions or Giveaways are non-returnable and are not exchangeable. They cannot be redeemed as store credit or toward another purchase as credit.
All Returns or Exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your Proof of Purchase. Please note that we do not accept liability for Returned Goods if you do not return them to us via the Post Office or FeDex.
Please note, we currently permit One Time Only Exchange per purchase.
Items labeled FINAL SALE cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

STAXX is what we call a Jewelry Stacking Style, or Set. STAXX is when you stack 3-6 pieces (on average) or any purchase over $500. When you spend the qualifying quantity, and or amount, you get 10% off. You may chose from our Curated STAXX or Build your Own.
Curated STAXX are styles put together for what is current, on trend or a classic. Curated STAXX are already discounted, so you will see the discount right away, on the product page. If an item is already discounted, it will not be eligible for cumulative discounts. Unless you have a special case or discount that will get disclosed as such.

STAXX Rules for Returns and Exchanges
Yes. We will gladly accept your item back, as long as they comply with the general rules of Returns and Exchanges, please see the Returns and Exchanges Tabs for clarification. The only difference is that you still MUST meet the $500 minimum to keep your discounted rates.
When we process your Return or Exchange for STAXX your discounted rate may change according to your new total. Keep in mind to stay eligible to get the 10% you still have meet the minimum purchase order value of $500. If you do not, you will be charged regular price for your items, as if you purchased them individually.
If after your Return or Exchange, your new Grand Total becomes lesser than $500you willbe charged for regular price for your items. STAXX eligibility requires a minimum purchase of $500. We will remove the discount and credit you back for the item you returned with the residual amount. If your Return or Exchange Grand Total remains above $500 or amounts to a new Grand Total that is higher than $500– you are still eligible for the 10% Off discount and will keep your discount on the remaining items. If you decide to get new items in an Exchange for your old items, you will get the 10% Off discount applied to the new item as well, in the $500 min. conditions are met. We will just apply the 10% off to your new total. Win Win!
Care & Repair
Our jewellery is designed to last a lifetime, however even the strongest metal on Earth needs to be handled with extra care. Please follow the list below to get the best out of your purchase.
Avoid wearing the jewelry when doing strenuous activities such as exercising, gardening or any domestic housework. Do not let the jewelry get into contact with chemicals like, perfumes, lotions, hairspray or make up. Avoid wearing the jewelry to bed. Do not, use abrasive cleaning products while wearing the jewelry.
Handle these precious pieces with care. Store in a safe place, such as a jewelry box or the provided pouches to avoid getting the jewelry tangled and scratched. Put the jewelry last when getting ready. 🍒
Home-made products are far better than the expensive commercial stuff!
Here are a few tips:
• Add a few small drops of washing up liquid into warm water;
• Soak a piece of jewelry in at a time leaving it for about 30 minutes;
• Using a soft old toothbrush, gently brush the jewelry in circular motions;
• Rinse the jewelry being careful not to drop it down the drain;
• Gently dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel;
• If possible use a hair dryer at the lowest setting and cool temperature as metal absorbs heat;
• Hold it about 20 cm distance and let the air flow dry the jewelry.
Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, damaged jewelry due to improper cleaning or storage. Just a reminder that our Warranty only applies to customers who have purchased directly through our Hey Babe LA official site, and are named on the Proof of Purchase. The Warranty will automatically be void if the item has been altered or or repaired by another jeweler.
If you believe that your item has a manufacturing defect, don’t be shy. Return it back to us for an inspection within 100 days of the delivery. If we confirm your piece is faulty we will offer you a Complimentary Repair or a Replacement if required. Upon inspection, if we determine your piece it not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will email you and provide you with a quote if the item is repairable. We want you to feel like a million bucks when wearing any of our pieces. So we only use Fine White Top Quality Lab Grown Diamonds that sparkles. Our Diamonds are Lab Grown and G+ Color, Si+ Clarity, unless specified. When mined they are responsibly sourced from suppliers who are conflict-free. That is the case for our Black Mined Diamonds and Semi-Precious stones. We also work with Lab Grown Moissanites, they are mostly D / E / F Color, VVS or VS clarity, unless specified.

We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty on the diamond authenticity and a 100 days Warranty against any manufacturing defects.
Please note that Manufacturer Defects can include missing stones on pave (stones under 0.01ct), clasp breakage, loose diamonds or loose prongs.
At Hey Babe LA, we use a combination of Recycled Gold and Artisan Mined Gold. We work with 14K & 18K Gold. 14K Gold has a lovely color, unlike any other metal, it’s known to scratch less and not wear out so easily. 18K is a little brighter in color, a little softer, and more precious – because it is purer which makes it perfect for an heirloom piece. Gold is also one of the most precious metals that will not oxidize or discolor (tarnish).
Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection is always available for any items over £500. We recommend having your piece deep cleaned and refinished once every year to two years depending on wear. We do offer this service at a nominal fee for items under £500. Shipping and Insurance charges are not included.

Even if your printer tells you the contents will not print properly, we promise you we created so it does fit on an 8.5" x 11" (Letter Size) or 21cm x 29.7 cm (A4 Size). We have a few guidelines for you to make sure your printout is to scale. Just follow the instructions on your printed guide.
